The hotel features five meeting rooms, offering flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of your event. The Ballroom has a capacity of up to 230 guests in theatre-style setup and 240 guests for cocktail receptions. Meanwhile, the hotel’s more intimate venues - Parliament, Gallery, Library, and Opera - are ideal for small to medium-sized events. Guests may also exclusively hire two restaurants - ADOR Restaurant and Floret Lounge Bar - both offering a diverse selection of culinary experiences.
Ballroom
The Ballroom is the hotel's largest event venue, accommodating up to 230 guests in both theatre and cocktail-style setups. It is the perfect choice for business events, including conferences, meetings, and seminars, as well as private celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries, and other special occasions. With a spacious area of 310.05 sq. m and a convenient layout, the Ballroom allows for the installation of a stage, while its state-of-the-art technical equipment meets the requirements of any type of event. The Ballroom can be hired on its own or together with the adjacent Mezzanine foyer, which is ideal for welcome cocktails, coffee breaks, or business lunches.
Opera
Opera Hall” is located right next to “Studio” Restaurant, making it exceptionally convenient for business meetings combined with breakfast, lunch, or coffee breaks. Named after the National Opera and Ballet, it is our second-largest hall, accommodating up to 80 guests in theatre-style setup and 90 guests in cocktail-style setup. With an area of 118.9 sq. m., “Opera Hall” is also suitable for press conferences, corporate parties, and private events, while providing an elegant setting for dinners of up to 56 guests.
Parliament
Named after the historic building, “Parliament” Hall offers views of “Narodno Sabranie” Square and Tsar Ivan Shishman Street. Designed to provide the perfect atmosphere for business meetings or private events, “Parliament” will meet all your requirements. The hall accommodates up to 40 guests in theatre-style setup, 24 in classroom-style setup, and 40 in cocktail-style setup. Impress your guests with impeccable five-star service and catering, specially prepared by our master chefs.
Gallery
“Gallery” Hall is suitable for private events. Conveniently located on the Mezzanine floor, in close proximity to “Parliament” Hall, it offers views of Tsar Ivan Shishman Street. It is most often used in boardroom and U-shape setups, with capacities of up to 12 and 15 guests respectively, but is also suitable for private dinners or other special occasions. Like all other halls, it benefits from natural daylight and is equipped with high-end technical facilities.
Library
“Library” Hall is located on the Mezzanine floor, opposite the Ballroom, and offers views of Tsar Ivan Shishman Street and Aksakov Street. With an area of 98.6 sq. m., it can accommodate up to 45 guests in theatre-style setup and 50 guests in cocktail-style setup. The hall is exceptionally bright and is suitable for both daytime and evening meetings, birthdays, and other special events.
Studio Restaurant
Studio Restaurant is a wonderful venue for coffee breaks, business lunches, corporate celebrations, and private events, accommodating up to 110 guests. Guests will be impressed by the high level of service, as well as the exquisite culinary creations prepared by our skilled chefs. Studio Restaurant can be conveniently combined with the Opera Hall, offering a private and versatile space for the seamless organisation of your entire event.
Ador Restaurant

ADOR Restaurant features a unique interior, a refined atmosphere, and five-star service. The restaurant offers exceptional signature dishes, as well as premium meat and fish specialities prepared on a Josper grill. In addition to its outstanding cuisine and extensive wine selection, ADOR features a VIP room, ideal for exclusive meetings and product presentations, private lunches and dinners, with a capacity of up to 12 guests. Furthermore, the restaurant offers a summer terrace with a unique view of the historic National Assembly building and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, providing the perfect setting for corporate events.
ADOR and its terrace can be exclusively hired for private events, corporate dinners, cocktail receptions, and special occasions.
Floret Lounge Bar
Floret Lounge Bar offers European cuisine, carefully selected wines by the glass, and fresh, colorful cocktails. Presidential Suite
